Nolan is passionate about his connection with God and values the happiness of others. Outside of work, you can find Nolan traveling with his family, spending time on his farm, volunteering and restoring antique farm machinery.

John Swyers

Office Manager and Safety Officer

John enjoys family life in Damascus, Oregon with his wife, dogs and a revolving door of grandkids. He and his wife are CERT volunteers coordinating with Happy Valley, Boring, Damascus, Oak Lodge and Milwaukie. He values compassion, fairness, humor and creativity and strives to bring these values with him every day at Waterproof Decks of Oregon. Outside of work, you can find John buried in astrophysics and exotic propulsion forums, working on hobby projects, and traveling with his wife.

Tony Kline

Outside Sales/Estimator

Tony goes above and beyond to ensure that our customers’ expectations are being exceeded. He is passionate about his family, history and physics. Outside of work, you can find Tony spending time with his family and friends as well as restoring cars, and rebuilding engines.
